Mummylicious: your one stop shop for postnatal fitness.

Mummylicious was developed by mum and exercise physiologist Christine Groves to offer specialised fitness programs and tools for new mums wanting to improve their health and fitness. Our aim is to enhance the lives of mothers and their children by providing safe and effective exercise and wellness programs.  We offer a unique and supportive environment in the outdoors that encourages mothers to develop a sense of community and take ownership of their health to inspire their families with positive life choices.

All sessions are led by a qualified Personal Trainer / Exercise Physiologist who knows exactly what you are going through both mentally and physically. We are here to help you regain your strength, stamina and happiness through our soul filling, interactive and professionally guided workouts.  Baby will be entertained by songs, visual stimulation and fun activities in the workout so you get the necessary bonding time crucial to your child’s development.   And with our complimentary nannies onsite Monday, Wednesday & Friday, you can opt to have baby entertained while you train!

There are a fantastic variety of options to add excitement and innovation to your workouts and target every aspect of your health and fitness during motherhood.

All of our sessions are baby/child friendly and are run by highly qualified trainers to ensure you receive the most up-to-date, evidence based exercise prescription and guidance.  Each session will include specific strength and conditioning to target the effects of pregnancy and birth and help you regain or improve your pre-baby body.

As mums, we care about your health and understand the difficulties of motherhood, so we have designed our programs to cater to every fitness level and ability and we give you the flexibility that a new mum needs.  Join one or all of our weekly sessions – choose from Strength HIIT, Fit HIIT Pilates or Sculpt Fit and create your own fitness plan that suits you and your schedule.

How to join:

For a FREE WEEK TRIAL simply complete our Online Registration Form and choose your start date or print our PDF version Registration Form and  email to or call Christine on 0409 470 484 to book in for your Free Week Trial.  Once you’ve tried it, you can activate the membership that suits your lifestyle. (Casual sessions are $15 but must be pre-booked 24 hours in advance).  With our flexible membership options, you can attend one, two, three or UNLIMITED sessions a week – combine any of our sessions like Strength FitSculpt Fit, Pilates or Fit HIIT to create your personal fitness program!

After your FREE week trial you can choose from our weekly membership options with a minimum 4 week term, after which your membership remains ongoing with a 2 week notice of cancellation policy.
