Our sand based workouts are always different and designed to enhance your metabolic function (fat burning capacity), build lean sexy muscle and burn away body fat in under 60 minutes.

Work at your own fitness level and gain agility, strength and stamina in a fun playful environment.  We incorporate games, challenges and innovative exercises into every workout so you are always challenged and having fun!  (All workouts are land based and do not involve swimming).
