Fit Body Bootcamp – Stampede Style

Ever wanted to have so much fun, you forgot you were working out?!! Then you should try our Stampede Training Bootcamp – it’s is a total body workout that will mimic the challenges of the latest craze – obstacle racing.  These sessions include functional exercises that will prepare your body for crawling through thick mud, climbing cargo nets, running through live wires…well not that part, but you’ll laugh like never before!  At the end of the 8 week program you can join your Mummylicious friends at the Stampede Obstacle Race on August 2nd & 3rd  You can do this bootcamp even if you don’t want to register for the Stampede.  We cater to all fitness levels and will ensure you get the strength and conditioning your body needs!

STARTS Saturday June 7th – Central Park PACIFIC PINES – Saturdays 7am to 8am (baby free) 

1 Session Per Week ( 8 sessions for $90 ) – Includes midweek workout training plan
