Mummylicious has a great new program for all fitness levels – especially for those of you who have maybe slacked off a little over the colder months.  Challenge yourself with our child-friendly weekly Spring into Action Bootcamp Series where we utilise the ultimate combination of strength and cardio sessions that will have you feeling fantastic and looking amazing. Learn how to exercise effectively and discover nutrition tips that will help you stay fit & healthy for life.

Opt for our Unlimited Pass and attend up to 6 sessions a week, receive before/after pics, goal setting strategies, BMI and body measurements, Fitness Profile Report, nutrition advice & plans, ceekly check-ins, 24 hour advice & support, home programs and membership to Private Facebook Page support group.

Duration: 8 Weeks
Days: Mon to Sat
Time: Mon – Fri 9:30am / Sat 7am
Dates: Aug 3 to Sep 26
Location: Paradise Point / Pacific Pines / Labrador
Trainer: Exercise Physiologist – Christine Groves

Each week will consist of challenging workouts including Fit HIIT, Stroller Group, Strong Body and Beach Body Bootcamp session. The program will involve circuits, games, cardio drills, partner training, strength training and unique exercises that will target all those mummy muscles. You will also receive a nutritional plan & guidance (to keep your eating on track) as well as a home workout guide. Sculpt your body, boost your metabolism and tone your core all without having to get a babysitter. (Bubs and toddlers are welcome to play in the Baby Play Zone playpen or beside you while you burn those kilos and shape that bod. Please notethere is no dedicated childcare available – children are under your care and supervision except our Beach Bootcamp which is mums only).
