We now offer a fantastic variety of options to add excitement and innovation to your workouts and target every aspect of your health and fitness during motherhood.

All of our sessions are baby/child friendly and are run by highly qualified exercise physiologists to ensure you receive the most up-to-date, evidence based exercise prescription and guidance.  Each session will include specific strength and conditioning to target the effects of pregnancy and birth and help you regain or improve your pre-baby body.

As mums, we care about your health and understand the difficulties of motherhood, so we have designed our programs to cater to every fitness level and ability and we give you the flexibility that a new mum needs.  Join one or all of our weekly sessions – choose from Stroller Fit, Fit HIIT Pilates or Sculpt Fit and create your own fitness plan that suits you and your schedule.

How to join:

For a FREE WEEK TRIAL simply complete our Online Registration Form and choose your start date or print our PDF version Registration Form and  email to christine@mummyliciousfitness.com.au/canada or call Christine on 0409 470 484 to book in for your Free Week Trial.  Once you’ve tried it, you can activate the membership that suits your lifestyle. (Casual sessions are $15 but must be pre-booked 24 hours in advance).  With our flexible membership options, you can attend one, two or three or UNLIMITED sessions a week – combine any of our Mummylicious Series sessions like Stroller FitSculpt Fit Pilates or Fit HIIT and create your fitness program!

After your FREE week trial you can choose from our weekly membership options with a minimum 4 week term, after which your membership remains ongoing with a 2 week notice of cancellation policy.  \
