“After becoming a mum for the first time (Levi – born in April 2006), I soon learned about all the joys and challenges a new baby brings, especially when it comes to health, fitness and trying to keeping your sanity amoungst all the demands of motherhood! I discovered the importance of connecting with other mums and finding ways to spend quality time with my baby while I exercised. It became noticeably apparent to me that there wasn’t much out there for new mums in the way of safe, affordable and post natal specific exercise programs. That’s when my focus shifted from exercise rehabilitation to post natal exercise and mummy motivating. I created Mummylicious Fitness in 2007 and am now devoted to helping new mums become the fittest they can be while having fun doing it! I now have two children (Ella born in October 2007) who grew up attending stroller group with me every day up until they were 5 and we had a fantastic time in the class together – it’s the best job I have ever had!”

“As a personal trainer, my goal is to motivate, educate and inspire new mums to live healthy, happy and balanced lives so they can enjoy the most precious time in their life. I guarantee to be there for encouragement and support every step of the way!”
