Christine has been in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years educating, inspiring and empowering clients to achieve their wellness goals. She has worked in Canada and Australia, as a registered Personal Trainer, Gym Instructor and Group Exercise Instructor as well as running workshops and presenting on Core Stability.  She has been training women at every stage of motherhood and specialising in postnatal fitness since 2007.

She is also an exercise physiologist with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movements and has worked with physiotherapists and chiropractors providing rehabilitation therapy specialising in core stability education and self-management techniques.  Her experience includes Pilates based rehabilitation programs for a variety of clients specifically post-natal mothers.

After becoming a mum she discovered the importance of connecting with other mums in a supportive and motivating environment to help her maintain a healthy lifestyle.  She originally created Mummylicious Fitness for herself to meet new mums and share her health expertise.  And now it’s a well known Business on the Gold Coast, Australia that provides child friendly indoor and outdoor group fitness and wellness programs for mums with children of any age. She offers new mums a safe, affordable and specialised unique experience to help regain strength and stamina for their new busy lives.
