FIT HIIT:  This 45 minute circuit style workout involves short bursts of maximal effort exercises mixed with recovery periods.  HIIT or ‘high intensity interval training’ maximises weight loss by briefly pushing your body beyond its aerobic limits, using more energy, which burns more fat during and after the workout. Suits all Fitness Levels.  (All children welcome – includes our Baby Play Zone –  3m play penned area with baby assistant)

BALANCED BODY PILATES:  This 45 minute total body workout uses Pilates methods to work the core incorporating toning exercises for the extremities. It’s a non-impact session done on a mat, teaching engagement and improvement of pelvic floor function as well as deep core muscles. Spinal alignment, strength and tone are a big focus in this workout for optimal postural alignment. (All children welcome – includes our Baby Play Zone –  3m play penned area with baby assistant)

MRT STRENGTH HIIT:   Build strength, tone and improve your core stability with this Metabolic Resistance Training HIIT by incorporating intervals of high intensity strength exercises (using light weights) with rest periods to really get the body revving. We show modified options for every exercise to suit all fitness levels.  A great class for those new to exercise! HIITLATES:  This 45 minute total body workout begins with our popular HIIT cardio/strength intervals – modified for every level of fitness – put to the beat of the music to enhance motivation and effort. Each class ends with 15 min of Pilates to work the core and improve pelvic floor function. Spinal alignment, strength and tone are a big focus for optimal postural alignment.
