With our pre-session assessment, you can be assured that you are in great hands! You’ll be assessed for abdominal separation and given tools to work at the safest pace and intensity for your body and stage of motherhood.
On the day:Please arrive by 11:15am(15mins prior your session) as this will give us time to go through your medical questionnaire and do a quick abdominal check and activation cue. Please bring a mat (if you have one) as the exercises are completed on the hard floor.
We ask that you do not attend class if you or your baby are feeling unwell or experiencing high temperatures.
Precautions: we do require that you have:
had your 6-week postnatal check-up
received your doctor’s OK to exercise
are at least 6 weeks postnatal (8 weeks for cesareans)
notified us of any pelvic pain, pelvic floor weakness/dysfunction or diastasis recti

What to wear: Comfortable exercise wear and bare feet or socks
What to bring: You’ll need a mat and stroller or blanket for bub to lay on.
