Mummylicious Fitness was developed Christine Groves (a mum of 2 and exercise physiologist) to offer all mums specialised fitness programs that not only offer a great workout but provide the tools and education so that her clients feel empowered and motivated workout safely! We aim is to enhance the lives of mothers and their children by providing mum safe exercise programs and wellness packages to really make her feel amazing at every stage of motherhood. We offer a unique and supportive environment in the outdoors that encourages mums to develop a sense of community and take ownership of their health to inspire their families with positive life choices.
We are Mumsafe qualified and pre-screen all mums prior to their first session to ensure each client is given individual guidance within our group setting. We aim to provide the safest effective workout and have options to address pelvic floor weakness or leakage, abdominal separation (Diastasis Recti), back pain, pelvic pain, wrist or knee pain or any other conditions that comes with motherhood. We work closely with health professionals including Women’s Health Physios to ensure you’re taken care of throughout your recovery and beyond.
All sessions are led by qualified Personal Trainers / Exercise Physiologists who know exactly what you are going through both mentally and physically. We are here to help you regain your strength, stamina and mental happiness and wellness through our soul filling, interactive and professionally guided workouts.
Baby will be entertained by songs, visual stimulation and fun activities in the workout and can be right along side of you so you get the necessary bonding time crucial to your child’s development. We also offer complimentary nannies onsite so that you can opt to have baby entertained while you train!
There are a fantastic variety of options to add excitement and innovation to your workouts and target every aspect of your health and fitness throughout your motherhood journey.
Our highly qualified trainers will ensure you receive the most up-to-date, evidence based exercise prescription and guidance. Each session will include specific strength and conditioning to target the effects of pregnancy and birth and help you regain or enhance your fitness and energy levels.
As mums, we care about your health and understand the difficulties of motherhood, so we have designed our programs to cater to every fitness level and ability and we give you the flexibility that a new mum needs. Join one or all of our weekly sessions – choose from Strength HIIT, Fit HIIT Pilates or Sculpt Fit and create your own fitness plan that suits you and your schedule.

With our flexible membership options, you can attend one, two, three or UNLIMITED sessions a week – combine any of our sessions like Strength Fit, Sculpt Fit, Pilates or Fit HIIT to create your personal fitness program!

After your FREE week trial you can choose from our weekly membership options with a minimum 4 week term, after which your membership remains ongoing with a 2 week notice of cancellation policy.
