This 6-week program is designed to educate new mums on safe postnatal exercise. Weekly 1 hour sessions include knowledge based workouts and cover birth experience, core function, mental wellness, breathing techniques, and progressive exercises to help mothers strengthen and heal. It addresses pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse, abdominal separation and more. We help you build a solid foundation so you can return to the activities you love.
