Challenge yourself this year and do something different!   Our New Body Bootcamp is a child-friendly weekly outdoor workout for mums with children of all ages. We utilise the ultimate combination of strength and cardio techniques that will have you feeling fantastic and looking amazing.   Learn how to exercise effectively and discover nutrition tips that will help you stay fit & healthy for life.

Each week will consist of 3 challenging workouts involving circuits, games, cardio drills, partner training and unique exercises that will target all those mummy muscles. You will also receive a nutritional plan & guidance (to keep your eating on track) as well as a home workout guide. Sculpt your shoulders, boost your butt and tone your core all without having to get a babysitter. (Bubs and toddlers are welcome to play in the Baby Play Zone playpen or beside you while you burn those kilos and shape that bod. Please note there is no dedicated childcare available – children are under your care and supervision).

3 Workouts/Week, Goal Setting, Body Measurements, Fitness Profile Report, Before & After Photos, Nutrition Plan, Weekly Nutrition Check-ups, Advice & Support, Home Programs and Membership to Private Facebook Page Support Group.
